How to change your booking 

Once we have ticketed your booking, and you have to change your booking, this will need to be done directly through us. 

Kindly contact us via either via call or whatsapp on +263773499036 or alterntaively email info@elgrasstrav.com

We will then send you the estimated cost of how much it will cost to change your booking based on your requirements visa ve the airline rules for changing yourbooking. 

There will be a change of booking fee levied by the airline as well as any fare upgrade costs (if applicable based on seat availability). 

Any changes for bookings will only be confirmed once payment for the changes has been received by Elgrass Travel.
